iii.Allergies, Sensitivities & Patch Tests

Some products used in salon services — including but not limited to hair colour, bleach, wax, and facial products — may cause allergic reactions or sensitivity in some individuals.

• Clients are responsible for informing salon staff, before any service begins, of any known allergies, skin conditions, medical conditions, pregnancy, or ongoing treatments or medication that may affect the service.
• A patch test is recommended at least 24–48 hours before hair colour, bleach, or any chemical treatment, particularly for first-time clients.
• The salon shall not be responsible for reactions arising from conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that were not disclosed by the client prior to the service.

If you experience discomfort during any service, please inform the staff immediately so the service can be paused or discontinued.
